We are all constrained by 24hrs a day and theoretically we sleep 1/3 of our lives away. That leaves us with 16hrs per day to do, well heaps amount of things. ie. work, commute, run errands, complete tasks, chores, eat, shower, interact, socialize and grouping the rest into miscellaneous commitments.
With that, we try to keep a healthy balance between work and life.
Statistically for an average working adult, we have about 4hrs to 4.8hrs on a weekday and 16hrs on a weekend to balance life. That’s 52hrs to 56hrs per week of balancing. I’m sure there are variations but do we technically have time? Yes we do.
So the next time when we say we are too busy, in a way that’s not true. No one is always busy, it just depends on what number they and their matters are on our priority list.
